Human workflow: client input to delivery

A SKU enters at Client inputs. Two places can send it backwards: input validation (client re-uploads) and human pre-QC (team fixes, then final QC).

Happy path · 5 stages

  1. Client inputs: brand uploads source images
  2. Input validation: inputs checked before any spend
  3. Image generation: AI workflow runs
  4. Human pre-QC: team reviews outputs
  5. Deliver: pass goes straight to the client

Failure loops · 2 exits

  1. Validation fails → Blocked: images go back to the client to re-upload, then re-enter at Client inputs
  2. Pre-QC fails → Fix: Regenerate, AI refine or Photoshop, then Final QC, then Deliver
