Setting up Brand Memory
How to set up Brand Memory so every agent works from the same brand facts.
Updated July 19, 2026
Brand Memory is the one piece of setup every agent depends on. Do this before you generate your first creative, launch your first campaign, or run your first GEO audit, since all three pull from it.
What Brand Memory stores
- Brand tone and voice (Brand.md describing how your brand talks)
- Visual identity (logos, brand colors, fonts, product shots, backgrounds, poses)
- Positioning (who you're for, what makes you different, your competitors)
Set it up for the first time
- Go to Brand Memory from the main navigation on the left.
- Enter your website URL and click Scan.
- ShopOS reads your site and auto-fills your tone and voice, visual identity (logo, colors, product imagery), and positioning.
- Review what it pulled in. Edit if needed.
- Click Save.
How agents use it
- Creative Director Agent pulls tone and visual identity to generate on-brand creative without a fresh brief every time.
- AI Visibility Agent pulls positioning and competitors to know who you're actually being compared against in AI search results.
You can update Brand Memory at any time.
