Choosing what to generate (Image, Video, or Text Spaces)
ShopOS organizes work into Spaces, and each Space runs a workflow designed for a specific type of output.
Choosing the right Space helps the system guide you better, ask the right questions, and generate stronger results faster.
When to choose each type
Images
Use this when you want:
- Ad creatives
- Product visuals
- Social media posts
Videos
Use this when you want:
- Short ads
- Motion creatives
- Social clips
Text Space
Use this when you want:
- Copywriting
- Campaign ideas
- Scripts
The system will guide you differently depending on which Space you start.
Steps
- Open the main chat window.
- Select the type of Space you want to create (Image, Video, or Text).
- Review the example prompts shown to understand what works well.
- Enter your prompt and attach references if needed.
- Press Enter.
ShopOS will use a Space optimized for that type of work and begin the workflow.
What happens next
Once the Space starts, one of two things usually happens:
Simple tasks
The system generates results immediately.
Complex tasks
The Space Manager may:
- ask a clarifying question
- request inputs
- guide you through steps
Both behaviors are normal and depend on the task.
How to choose if you’re unsure
If you’re deciding between Image and Video:
Start with Image unless motion is essential.
If you’re deciding between Text and Image:
Ask yourself what you want first:
- words → Text Space
- visuals → Image Space
You can always start a new Space later if needed.
